Job Responsibilities
- Demand & Supply Planning / Scheduling : Review statistically generated forecasts with GSCM and Marketing. Review replenishment targets and approve changes noting input elements resulting in change; Work with GSCM to carry out the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning(SI&OP) by put up the committed build plan with the input from production, engineering included industrial engineering and quality and driving to accomplish the plan timely.
- New Product Launch / Transfer Management : Assist Supply Chain PDP Core Team Member or project team to make available the require material timely.
- Inventory Management : Contribute to the development of inventory plans; Establish inventory targets; Monitor and driving inventory performance to plan and targets; Assist GSCM or plant management on the management of expired, excess and obsolescence reserves.
- Supply Chain Execution : Support daily / weekly / monthly MRP and production planning processes – Maintain build plan; Manage net requirements; Monitor manufacturing execution (Manufacturing Handshake); Provide inventory analysis; Proactively manage backorders.
- Support SOP Process
- Achieve Core 5 Performance Metrics : Service Level; line fill; Backorder; Inventory; Schedule Adherence and delivery timeliness.
- Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure EHS and Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC EHS & Quality Policy.
- Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the EHS, Quality Policy and Quality System.
- Develop and lead the implemented of Procurement Strategies, resulting in a strong supply base that continuously creates a sustainable competitive advantage align with Global sourcing initiative where applicable.
- Develop Annual Business / Operating Plans that will reflect year-over-year cost reductions, quality enhancements and overall continuous improvement.
- Provides strategic influence while building value-adding relationships with key suppliers and internal customer groups by applying advanced knowledge of purchasing & planning principles, practices, tools and technology.
- Identifies and works closely with Vendor / Supplier Engineering, Buyers, and Procurement Manager, Global Sourcing, Supplier Quality Engineer and individuals
from other divisions / plants to identifying and executing Cost Reduction opportunities.
Supports the creation, approval, and implementation of new company-wide policies. Works with Management to implement trending, monitoring and enforcement mechanisms.Conduct Strategic Business Reviews with Key suppliersOptimize the number of suppliers on the AVLIdentify opportunities to mitigate or reduce against risk in the supply chain.Required Qualifications
Candidate required to possess at least Degree holder in any related field.At least 9 years experience in related field.Preferably Executives specializing in Planning, Purchasing / Inventory / Material Management or equivalent.Required skill(s) : interpersonal communications, negotiation, analytical, MS Office, SAP, MRP.Has working experience in MNC will be value added.About Us
