Industrial Engineer

Conduct process capability studies, time analysis, and continuous improvement projects to enhance throughput and quality. Develop and validate PFMEA, SOPs, and standard work documentation for new and existing processes. Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to improve line efficiency and integrate kitting and material flow solutions. Support pilot builds and production trials by analyzing data and implementing corrective actions. Must Have : 6-8+ years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience in automotive or EV production environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD and line balancing tools (MODAPS, MTM) for workstation and process design. Hands-on experience with PFMEA, process validation (Cp / Cpk), and standard work documentation. Strong command of Lean Manufacturing tools such as VSM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and Kanban systems. Proven experience implementing kitting and line-side material delivery strategies in high-volume assembly operations. NiceToHave : Experience with AGVs, tuggers, and kanban rack systems for automated material handling. Familiarity with MES systems and digital manufacturing tools. Background with supermarket and FIFO flow setups for optimized material presentation.
