Our Head of Digital, Kellen , is already based in Scottsdale, and we're looking for a results-driven expert in Arizona to join us full-time as we grow our presence there.

You'll manage multiple client accounts, helping local businesses run advanced digital campaigns, implement new technologies, and deliver measurable results. What You'll Do

• Run Winning Campaigns : Lead the development and execution of digital advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk, and programmatic platforms.
• Drive Results : Focus on ROI, customer journey mapping, conversion tracking, and analytics-driven decisions.
• Support Multiple Accounts : Manage a portfolio of diverse businesses across industries in Arizona.
• Collaborate with Leadership : Partner directly with Kellen (Head of Digital, Scottsdale) and our leadership team.
• Test & Innovate : Help adopt and implement new advertising systems and technologies.
• Report & Advise : Deliver clear reporting and actionable recommendations to clients.
