Responsibilities
- Managing support tickets
- Site edits within WordPress
- Plugin, theme, and core updates
- Security optimizations
- Performance optimizations
- Down or broken sites
- Talking with hosting support teams
- Handling client concerns or complaints
- Providing first responses to confirm requests have been received and reviewed for completeness
- Completing tickets and keeping clients informed throughout the process
