Job Title : Site of Service (SOS) Team Lead

Location : On-site role, frequent travel to facilities (daily / weekly), with occasional remote flexibility.

Job Type : Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site of service collection activities to ensure operational efficiency
• Guide and support internal and on-site staff to meet departmental goals and performance standards
• Monitor and report on collection metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize billing processes and resolve collection issues
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on billing software, collection strategies, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities and performance data
• Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements in healthcare billing and collections
