What You'll Do :

• Analyze existing Informatica PowerCenter workflows, mappings, and sessions.
• Assist senior developers in converting and re-engineering workflows to be compatible with Informatica IDMC.
• Document conversion processes, challenges, and resolutions.
• Perform unit testing and validation of migrated workflows to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with senior developers to understand business logic and transformation rules.
• Support troubleshooting and debugging of migration issues.
• Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on progress.
• Learn about Farm Bureau Financial Services and the insurance industry by participating in organizational events.

Our internship program holds an 80 / 10 / 10 approach, meaning that 80% of your work time will involve performing tasks or work on projects within your hired work area. Another 10% of the time, you will be exposed to learning in other areas within your assigned division to get more corporate experience. Then, the final 10% will be spent in shared experiences across the organization, where you will get to really learn about our culture and work environment
