Position Summary

Under the direction of the ELPA21 Director of Communications and Executive Director at the National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing (CRESST), housed within the UCLA School of Education and Information Studies (SE&IS), the incumbent will oversee ELPA21's document management system and support related program goals and tasks. Responsibilities include

• Provide coordination and oversight for ELPA21's document management system, ensuring efficient organization, storage, access, and security of documents.
• Support the administrative operations of ELPA21, assisting with planning, communication, and reporting tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Independently identify operational or workflow issues and develop actionable solutions through the use of project management tools, software, teams, and committees.
• Design and implement visual supports for ELPA21 initiatives, including workflow graphics, organizational charts, and process models using appropriate design software.
• Guide and facilitate internal teams through the development and execution of key deliverables such as surveys, document suites, data reports, and communication tools.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, establishing and maintaining clear timelines and deliverables with minimal supervision.
