Must Have Technical / Functional Skills

• Communication : Ability to lead meetings / capture notes, identify gaps, follow-up on decisions, communicate with Tech and non-tech audience
• Stakeholder Engagement : Strong collaboration skills to work with various business partners
• Requirements Elicitation : Ability to gather and define business requirements
• Problem Solving : Questioning mindset to challenge / solve the business problem statements
• Agile Methodology : Seasoned in Agile practices / Story Writing in particular
• Critical Thinking : Can do attitude, with willingness to think out of the box
• Technology : Archer, JIRA, Rally, Visio,.ppt will be a plus
• Self-Starter and able to deliver with minimal supervision
