Project Manager
The Project Manager will lead and coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who drives collaboration, unites teams to solve problems, and keeps all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will be accountable for managing timelines, budgets, and milestones while actively identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive and lead cross-functional project teams from planning through delivery, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Proactively inform and update stakeholders on project progress, key decisions, and potential risks or delays, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels.
- Monitor and manage project performance, identifying deviations early and implementing corrective actions to maintain momentum.
- Coordinate across teams to resolve roadblocks quickly and ensure dependencies are managed effectively.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial parameters are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates, dashboards, and presentations to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Work Environment :
This role is hybrid and the associate is expected to be in Rosemont offices for in-person days as guided by policy.Minimum Qualifications :
37 years of project management experience, preferably in financial or merchandising in a retail environment.Proven ability to lead teams and drive initiatives to completion across multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), strongly preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).Education :
Bachelor's degree required in Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience required.Certifications / Training :
Certification in project management (PME), required.Preferred Qualifications :
