Shipment Setup Specialist

A company is looking for a Shipment Setup Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct initial and refill calls to patients regarding available services and ongoing support

Complete shipment setup in the non-commercial pharmacy dispensing system and ensure documentation is accurate

Provide support and status updates to field teams, HCP offices, and patients while maintaining compliance with patient privacy laws

Required Qualifications :

A minimum of a high school diploma; an undergraduate degree is preferred

At least 4 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a case manager or call center representative

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
