A company is looking for an Account Manager to build relationships and drive customer success in the evolving privacy landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Drive customer renewals and maximize retention while minimizing churn

Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product strategy

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in a B2B SaaS environment

Proven track record of managing upsell, cross-sell, and renewals in a quota-carrying role

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with privacy, security, or compliance SaaS tools is a plus
