We're seeking a Facilities Improvement Project Coordinator to drive our commitment to creating lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
Department : Facilities Improvement
Core Purpose : To enhance facilities and create exceptional experiences for our members.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Manage all administration aspects for capital expenditure projects, reporting directly to the VP of Facilities Improvement.
- Oversee the allocation of resources and budgets for facility enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic objectives.
- Maintain records of vendors, contracts, and project documentation.
- Act as a liaison between the facilities department and construction teams.
- Review invoices, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Research and evaluate new vendors and suppliers.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures for facility improvement projects.
- Analyze feedback metrics and dashboards to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations on administrative tasks as needed.
- Create and update project templates.
- Update projects with incoming information, pictures, and schedules.
- Update projects with marketing as needed.
Experience and Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
- Strong background in administration management and budget oversight.
- CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with project software and project administration.
Requirements :
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic gym environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data management.
- Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing more than 40 lbs.

Schedule : Monday Friday, occasional weekends & holidays as needed.
