Job Title : Fashion Account Manager III

Location : 100 S California St Tower 1_B700, Burbank, CA 91505, USA (Hybrid In-office Tues Thurs, flexible)

Duration : 5 Months contract

Must-Have Skills :

Contract Negotiation :
5+ years of experience negotiating licensing contracts with partners.
Excel Proficiency :
Strong in pivot tables and financial analysis.
Licensing / Consumer Products Experience :
5+ years, ideally in a Media or Entertainment environment.

Job Description : About the Team :

Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP) extends the studio s renowned entertainment franchises such as DC, Looney Tunes, and Harry Potter into the lives of fans worldwide through global licensing, merchandise, and experiential partnerships.

Role Overview :

The Manager, Fashion supports the Director in shaping and executing short- and long-term strategies for the Apparel category, with a key focus on collaborations. The position involves managing licensee relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing category performance, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive strategy and execution for the Apparel category, especially collaborations.

Pitch brands to new and existing partners to grow revenue.

Lead licensee relationships : negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and act as daily point of contact.

Oversee budget planning and quarterly revenue forecasts.

Collaborate with internal teams : Legal, Contract Ops, Retail Sales, Product Development, Franchise, and Marketing.

Create and present pitch decks and business updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Use competitive analysis and industry insights to drive decision-making.

Support daily operations including reporting, analysis, and presentations.

Independently manage selected licensees from strategy to product launch.

Nice-to-Haves :

BA / BS degree

Experience in media, entertainment, or branded apparel

Familiarity with Apple Keynote

Soft Skills :

Strong communication and presentation skills

Analytical thinker with strategic mindset

Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities

Collaborative team player

Deep understanding of retail and product development in apparel

Tools & Tech :

Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

MO365

Interview Process :

First round : Hiring Manager (and possibly team member being backfilled)

Second round : Senior Manager

Interviews will be conducted via Zoom.

Additional Notes :

Must be located near Burbank, CA (role not open to remote-only candidates).

No overtime or weekend work expected.
