Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Burbank, CA. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- This role is for an enthusiastic, highly collaborative marketing individual who possesses a unique blend of creative and business skills combined with the ability to deliver results.
- This individual will support the execution of synergy initiatives and custom multi-platform promotions to drive awareness, engagement, and interest for the client.
- Work with the manager to ensure all budgets and reporting documents are up to date and accurate
- Ensure plan/execution details are updated weekly within marketing briefs/plans/production charts/delivery charts so the team and all relevant departments or partners know the plan
- details/approaching deadlines.
- Work with the Integrated Marketing & Synergy Leaders to execute plans across specific film titles/releases
- Responsible for sourcing and sharing weekly updated asset packages to team members and/or partners
- Responsible for the organization of all creative/assets in network folders
- Responsible for Synergy Inventory Deliveries across all Synergy Partners
- Responsible for being an efficient, communicative, and collaborative team player, contributing creative ideas and executing plans efficiently
- Request all standard/custom assets (theatrical, in-home, streaming) that we need to build our promotions and share updates every week
- Manage creative requests to Creative AV & Creative Content and be responsible for routing of creative to legal, music legal, appropriate Integrated Marketing team members, as well as other relevant parties, based on direction to ensure all notes are received and addressed on time
- Keep the Integrated Marketing & Synergy Team apprised of any new campaign content/special tags far enough in advance to adjust promotional content
- Attend meetings and take notes for team reference, update project statuses based on meeting updates
- Manage team meeting invites and book conference rooms
- Take on additional projects as needed

Pay: $33.77/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week.

Job RequirementsRequired Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

- Excellent computer proficiency - Mac & Windows: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure successful interaction with senior executives, business unit contacts, and key external partners
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain strong working relationships
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously
- Proactive attitude to seek and manage new initiatives on behalf of the department as needed
- Understanding of social media platforms and familiarity with the latest trends
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must have a strong attention to detail with proofreading skills, and catching all of these types of detailed items is essential.
- A strong design sense and what looks best within decks and in Keynote is needed.
- Will be updating documentation and also working in Excel, and must have attention to detail with both.
