Overview
Retail Floor Lead - Visual Merchandising Focus at Vuori. The role leads the retail sales team by example, communicates Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and maintains a positive, customer-focused approach. The Floor Lead supervises the retail floor, delegates tasks, and works with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support leadership duties.
Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.
- Take ownership of the sales floor and sales team to prioritize customer experience.
- Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.
- Forge lasting relationships with customers by engaging on product details, new product releases, replenishment, and inviting them to upcoming events.
- Be knowledgeable on what’s new and what’s selling well, and share information with both customers and the team.
- Lead day-to-day store operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not present.
- Motivate the sales team and help achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
- Seek new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear to serve as an expert for customers.
- Lead the team in completing projects with a focus on customer experience.
- Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
- Maintain daily store operations, restock product, uphold visual merchandising standards, and ensure cleanliness.
- Follow safety, punctuality, and role responsibilities; model high standards for the team.
Qualifications
Available morning and / or evening; 8-hour shifts; 5 days / week; available for at least two weekend days (Fri / Sat / Sun).Proven leadership in punctuality and attendance; reliable in scheduled shifts.Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.Customer service expert who creates experiences, embraces the social aspect of sales, and handles concerns pro-actively.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.Strong organizational skills and follow-through.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.Eager to develop new skills and receptive to feedback.Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range : $17-19 per hour plus hourly team commission ranging from $1.50 - $9.
