Job Summary
This Human Resources Student Assistant position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Housing and Residential Experience (HRE) Human Resources team. The role facilitates HR processes for student and temporary staff, assists with onboarding and compliance, maintains confidential records and reports, supports the implementation of Federal Work Study initiatives, and contributes to event planning and payroll coordination. Through proactive communication and detail-oriented assistance, the position plays a key role in fostering a smooth and efficient HR experience within HRE. Act as an administrative liaison between prospective and current employees and the Housing and Residential Experience HR team, managing responses to inquiries received in the HRE HR shared inbox and escalating issues as appropriate.
