Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Actively generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.Database Outreach : Call on our proprietary database to connect with potential clients and maintain relationships.Market Analysis : Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analysis to identify profitable investment opportunities.Client Relationships : Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors, offering expert guidance throughout the process.Property Listings : List and market multi-family properties, including apartments, duplexes, triplexes, and other residential and commercial properties.Negotiations : Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.Transaction Management : Oversee the full transaction process from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth and successful deals.Qualifications
Proven experience or strong interest in multi-family residential commercial real estate (duplex, triplex, 6-plex, apartment complexes).Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to thrive in a competitive commercial real estate environment.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.A Real Estate License is required to earn commission income.
