Credentialing Assistant
Location : Upper East Side Org Unit : PO Based Operations Anesthesiology Work Days : Monday-Friday Weekly Hours : 35.00 Exemption Status : Non-Exempt Salary Range : $28.96 - $32.03
Position Summary
Under general supervision, provides credentialing support for hospital privileging, payor enrollment, licensing, and general data entry.

Experience
Approximately 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in an academic medical center.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to exercise standards of professionalism, including appearance, presentation and demeanor. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills in person, via email and on the telephone. Maintains a team-oriented approach and always demonstrates integrity and good work ethics. Understands the needs to be responsible for our own outcomes and takes pride in delivering the best possible work product. Maintains a flexible and forward-thinking approach to the way work is done. Approaches our job knowing that there are internal and external customers whose expectations we strive to exceed. Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
