Key Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service to internal staff and external patients

Manage calls by scheduling appointments and addressing patient requests

Maintain confidentiality while demonstrating proficient data entry and knowledge of insurance billing

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Associate's Degree OR Medical Assistant Certification + 1 Year Experience

Experience in a Call Center or busy phone system

Electronic appointment scheduling experience

Access to reliable, high-speed Internet for remote work
