Execution & Risk Adjustment Coordinator
The Project Coordinator provides administrative and project support to the Director, Sr. Manager(s), and business consultants in the Strategic Management and Execution Office and Risk Adjustment Program. This position must coordinate activities among several department staff members, project teams, and workgroups and must understand priorities and requirements of various stakeholders. The coordinator will be responsible for development of project management planning documents and presentations and other tools to support the successful completions of projects.

Major Responsibilities / Essential Functions
1. Provides administrative and project support and assistance to members of the Strategic Management and Execution Office and Risk Adjustment teams. Leads and manages independently, coordination, communication, and documentation to assist department members in achieving successful completion of projects.
2. Assists with scheduling and coordinating meetings and educational sessions including ordering supplies or food, coordinating with vendors, conference room booking, equipment setup, etc.
3. Provides varying level of support for projects managed by the consulting team including developing materials for meetings, scheduling, and coordination, tracking issues, obtaining status updates, meeting regularly with team members to document progress, and providing communication to project teams.
4. Acts as an active member of the team to support and enhance departmental processes.
5. Manages content of team communication channels including MS Teams sites, SharePoint sites, etc.
6. Supports the team in project tracking using JIRA.
7. Support the team and organization in person as needed for meeting and education sessions.
