What they’re looking for :

Maintenance / mechanical / electrical experience (food industry a big plus)

Knowledge of USDA / OSHA regs

Strong leadership & communication skills (bilingual English / Spanish a plus)

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in cold / refrigerated environments

Flexible availability (weekends / peaks as needed)

High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
