Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will provide overall management direction to one or more projects. You will establish project objectives and policies, maintain communication with clients, and monitor construction and financial activities through administrative direction of onsite Superintendents. You will also mentor the project team, focusing on enhancing performance metrics relative to profitability, risk management, safety, quality control, and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities :

• Support the project team's efforts to enhance performance metrics relative to profitability, risk management, safety, quality control, and standard operating procedures.
• Drive the development of project engineers through regular performance reviews and continuous personnel development meetings.
• Optimize client relationships through effective communication and operational excellence.
• Manage critical subcontractors and negotiate subcontracts and purchase agreements, including terms and conditions.
• Establish roles and expectations for project-dedicated staff.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Create and manage a schedule of values and pay applications.
• Assist in creating and carrying out a job-specific safety plan.
• Ensure the development and implementation of a quality control plan.
• Manage the procurement process, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial forecasting with an emphasis on labor, equipment, and cash flow.
• Manage personnel development.
• Create and manage the project schedule, cost, and resource loading as required.
• Participate in all preconstruction services, assisting Risk Management with prequalification and SDI procedures.
• Complete annual and 90-day performance reviews for Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers with input from RM / DO.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.
