Affiliate Marketing Director

A company is looking for an Affiliate Director to oversee the affiliate team and drive client growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Translate company vision and goals into tactical solutions and results

Monitor team and client performance, providing feedback and recommendations for optimization

Manage delivery teams' P&L and assist in client contract renewals and amendments

Required Qualifications

7+ years of direct affiliate management experience, preferably in an agency or network

Knowledge of Affiliate Networks such as ASale and Commission Junction

Demonstrated supervisory and mentorship skills

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Thorough understanding of the Affiliate Marketing environment
