A company is looking for a Pharmacy Appeals Team Lead (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Meet all KPI metrics and deliverables while supervising workload and quality of work
Provide ongoing training and development for associates and conduct monthly employee reviews
Monitor and evaluate transactions against established quality assurance standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in handling a Pharmacy appeals team
Ability to implement business and personnel management practices
Knowledge of Auto / General Liability cost containment programs
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality improvement techniques
