About the Role
We're looking for a Support Specialist to provide expert technical support for our Public Safety hardware and software solutions. You'll troubleshoot issues, assist customers, support our field technicians, and help ensure that mission-critical systems stay up and running.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for Public Safety customers.
Serve as a technical resource for customers, sales staff, and field technicians.
Provide software support, including manufacturer upgrades and advanced troubleshooting.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Set up and maintain on-site, remote, and cloud-based servers.
Deliver customer training and product presentations.
Manage the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process from start to finish.
Maintain accurate service records and required manufacturer certifications.
Stay current on new technologies and product updates.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of related technical experience, a degree in a relevant field, or a combination of both.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A desire to grow, learn, and contribute as an employee-owner .
