As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Customer & Sales Operations Manager to lead a high-performing service team and help drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration

Job Details

As the Customer & Sales Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a team of six supporting the sales organization and frontline customers to ensure accurate order processing, inventory control, and top-tier customer experience. This role is ideal for a proven operations or customer service leader who thrives on improving systems, motivating teams, and building cross-departmental alignment.
