About HappyRobot
HappyRobot is a platform to build and deploy AI workers that automate communication. Our AI workers connect to any system or data source to handle phone calls, email, messages… We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, and pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, and other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.
About the role
This is a content-focused role on the growth team, working directly with the Head of Growth and founders to shape how HappyRobot tells its story across channels. Content fuels everything from brand and demand generation to product marketing and sales enablement. Responsibilities may include maintaining the editorial calendar, writing and editing blog and social posts, building GEO-driven content programs, coordinating with designers, and ensuring performance metrics are tracked and acted upon. The candidate should be an excellent writer and editor, highly organized, and comfortable juggling projects from detailed production work to high-level brand messaging. This is the first dedicated content hire, with opportunities to both perform specialized individual-contributor work or build a team.
