Training & Development Specialist (Onsite - Clearwater, FL)
Job Description
- Facilitation of onboarding and continuous product and soft skill trainings
- Preparation for training (review material, check room, agenda, and equipment)
- Close collaboration on training material with Instructional Designers
- Collect feedback from trainees about training on a global base.
- Stay up to date about all product and system changes within the company.
- Be a source of truth in terms of product knowledge, licensing, processes, and internal systems.
- Be a brand and culture ambassador.
- Align with all Training and Development Specialist globally on projects, training priorities and training agendas.
- Discuss the training effectiveness and learner outcome with Instructional Designer
- Send out invites for onboarding and ongoing training and take care of changes within the schedule.
- Take care of all organizational topics around onboarding (including new hire communication, room and beverage bookings, printouts for sessions, update agenda etc.)
- Roll out TLC courses and help to create courses within TLC.
- Stay up to date with LMS knowledge and evaluate new LMS practices.
- Create TLC reports for managers or stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Work experience as a trainer, coach or mentor in a sales or customer support focused role ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Interactive presenting style paired up with passion about Sales and Customer Support and enabling others to perform at their best.
- Ability to identify and develop strengths and potential growth opportunities for employees.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills as well as flexibility and the ability to adjust to changes in training priorities depending on business needs.
- Excellent public speaking, communication and presentation skills round up your profile.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, Spanish Language is a plus.
