Position Overview :

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to start your career in billing? Join our Lease & Rental team as an Entry-Level Billing Specialist , where you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely contract setups, billing, and communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Open and close contracts daily with precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Rental Agents and Lease / Rental Billers to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage fuel billing and Lease AP / Coupa Bill Backs weekly.
• Request and update customer mileage and hour readings each month.
• Conduct Lease & Rental Monthly Checks and resolve fleet type / end-date mismatches.
• Run and update key monthly reports including Lease Expiration , CPI , Excess , Licensing , and FHUT .
• Process month-end billing for up to 10 branches.
• Handle credits, rebills, and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .

Qualifications :

Compensation : $23 / hourly
