Financial Planning & Analysis Leader

A company is looking for a Leader of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with leadership to develop integrated business and financial plans, budgets, and forecasts

Prepare financial materials for presentations to PE sponsors, lenders, and the Board

Oversee the development of systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred

15+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership in FP&A or related fields

Experience in CRO, pharma services, or life sciences preferred

Proven track record in PE-backed, growth-oriented organizations

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to strategic thinking and execution
