Major Responsibilities & Duties :
- Prepare federal and state corporation, partnership and individual tax returns.
- Prepare international informational tax returns.
- Assist with tax planning and tax consulting projects.
- Prepare tax research memo for clients with analysis and application of IRC sections and regulations.
- Represent client in front of the IRS, including assisting in IRS and state tax audits.
- Compile and analyze financial statements.
- Perform monthly write-up services.
- Write monthly articles regarding recent federal and state tax law changes.
- Perform other duties as necessary.

1-4 years of professional experience, preferably in public accounting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel).Solid accounting skills.Basic understanding of federal & state income taxes.Education and Licenses :
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.Advanced degree is preferred.Actively working toward CPA certification, if not already obtained.#J-18808-Ljbffr
