Key Responsibilities
Manage claim relationships for national account size and complex group customers
Provide direct access to the claims team and participate in key customer calls
Engage with claim teams during the implementation of new business to ensure positive customer experiences
Required Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of absence management and disability claims practices
Strong understanding of Workforce Benefits products
High School diploma or equivalent experience required
Experience with customer reporting and service delivery strategies
Ability to identify gaps in processes and training needs
