We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Administrative Assistant to work alongside the Payroll Administrator to ensure all payroll processes are executed accurately and comply with governmental regulations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO : Assist in processing payroll for - employees in a quiet cubicle setting. Ensure payroll operations are carried out efficiently, accurately, and timely.
Maintain personnel information securely and handle it with utmost confidentiality. Collaborate with the Payroll Administrator to achieve payroll objectives and resolve any discrepancies.
REQUIREMENTS : Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar role. Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. BENEFITS : Competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits package available after 90 days, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
