Manage employee performance, continuous feedback, and goal-setting
Oversee employee relations, career development, and engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
2+ years of full-time HR / People Business Partnering experience
2+ years of experience in a corporate environment with 100 to 300 employees
Hands-on experience with Manager Coaching, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
Strong understanding of people policies, procedures, compliance, and labor laws
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (preferred)
