Position Summary Lead the creation and maintenance of sales tools and materials that effectively communicate the Aetna Digital story. This position plays a crucial role in supporting Digital Engagement Managers and leadership in preparing for and executing customer meetings across all segments (National Accounts, Public & Labor, Middle Market, Small Group) and specialized verticals.

What Youll Do

• Maintain Aetna Digital sales materials inclusive of presentation slides, RFP content, product demos, Field Communications
• Serve as the primary point of contact with B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to create new materials and push updates as needed (no less than quarterly)
• Manage the customer meeting database providing regular updates on meeting outcomes
• Understand the competitive market, Aetna's technology positioning and be able to infuse key insights into the digital differentiation story
• Coordinate with subject matter experts within the team to understand and report on Digital successes and KPIs for customer consumption
• Shadow Engagement Managers in customer conversations to prepare for future advancement
• Help drive the Voice of the Customer intake process by maintaining the intake database and providing quarterly summaries.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is : $79,310.00 - $158,620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
