Sales Manager – Automotive

Laurel, MD | Acura (All Roads)

Join Acura of Laurel as our Automotive Sales Manager. The ideal hire brings a proven track record, coaches a high-performing team, communicates clearly, and thrives while multitasking. You will own new-vehicle sales operations and inventory control, ensuring unit and gross targets are achieved across daily, monthly, and yearly cycles.

Compensation & Schedule

Base salary : $50,000 plus commission

Earning potential : Up to $150,000 annually

Full-time, dealership-based role

Responsibilities

Desk deals and perform customer TOs to close sales (CDK experience a plus)

Train, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve success

Support manufacturer programs for maximum dealership profitability

Recommend procedures for advertising, sales promotions, staffing, and customer satisfaction

Meet with each salesperson daily to review prior results and plan action steps

Conduct group sales meetings to drive performance

Ensure vehicles are displayed, merchandised, and maintained to dealership standards

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Valid driver’s license required

5+ years of automotive sales experience

2+ years of dealership management experience required

Proven internet sales metrics

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
