AspenCore Webinar Specialist

Position : * AspenCore Webinar Specialist *Job Description : * Our new Webinar Specialist oversees multiple EMEA virtual webinars and trainings utilizing a digital platform of solutions to meet the needs of the organization and ensure satisfaction.

This position manages the set-up, deployment and outputs of both real-time and on-demand web conferences. This is inclusive of the end-to-end process from requirements definition through planning, presenter coordination, event execution, and performance tracking.

• What You'll Be Doing : Responsible for ensuring that produced recording are of high-quality for use in educationally sound electronic media, appropriate for online or on-site presentation* Collaborates with the staff in all departments in the selection, production, direction, and editing of visual and audio elements used in computer mediated learning environments* Produces and edits digital video via ON24* Manages webinar registration setup and recordings and provides customer service delivery to a variety of inquiries and requests from members and attendees* Train and support webinar platform speakers / users on intricacies with hosted platform* Organizes project video assets to promote efficiency, economy, access and reuse of these valuable investments.
• Includes development and management of an organizational system to provide timely access to existing content and files.
• Provides and assists with the creation of technical documentation, policies, and procedures.* Works directly with vendor(s) and internal tech teams to identify optimization and troubleshoot for technical difficulties.
• What We Are Looking For : Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, film / video, marketing or another related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience editing and producing webinar / video content.* Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Focus on educating others.* Experience managing live and on demand webinar event programs; Familiarity with an online conference platform such as WebEx, On24, Intrado, Adobe Connect, etc.

Manage webinar setup and recordings* Organize project video assets to promote efficiency, economy, access and reuse of these valuable investments.

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate : * $81,000.00 - $99,000.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level.
