Research Analyst

Are you passionate about turning numbers into knowledge? Viterbo University is seeking a Research Analyst to join our Office of Institutional Research. In this role, you'll provide the insights that guide our mission, fuel strategic initiatives, and shape the student experience. From designing studies and analyzing data to creating clear, impactful reports and dashboards, your work will inform decision-making across campus.

As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you'll support quality improvement projects, institutional effectiveness, accreditation, enrollment strategies, and more. This is a full-time, 12-month exempt position and will report to the Director of Institutional Research.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and communicate data to support institutional planning, decision-making, reporting, and key university priorities such as student success, academic excellence, accreditation, and grants.
• Maintain and develop data dashboards for institutional evaluation, planning, decision making, and continuous improvement.
• Support accurate and timely submission of external reports and surveys.
• Communicate data and research findings in a variety of formats to key constituents.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
• Serve on the Dashboard Team and the Data Governance Committee.
• Other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Institutional Research.
