We currently have a position available in our completely renovated Pittsburgh office for a highly organized Customer Service Representative with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We are a rapidly growing company offering both commercial and personal lines insurance. With over 25 insurance companies we represent, we have a policy to fit most businesses and individuals at the most competitive premium. Our tremendous growth has created a need for additional Insurance Agents / Client Service Representatives. Job responsibilities include :

• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through warm calling and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or services
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise

Qualifications :

Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Salary : $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year plus unlimited commission
