Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Cross-train and support the subledger roles : accounts payable & accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with daily cash reconciliations and treasury tasks.
- Help prepare financial reports for internal management.
- Support external audits, tax filings, and compliance requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting-related matters.
- Assist with ERP data entry, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
1–3 years of accounting experience required.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems is a plus.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Interest in learning and growing within a fast-paced, multi-site retail or consumer goods environment.Benefits and Perks :
