The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future and further cement our position as the world leader in cloud security. Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an experienced Director, Strategic Accounts to join our EMEA team, based in the UK. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Pursuits, you will be responsible for :

  • Building, leading, and developing a high-performing team to drive transformation and success for Zscaler's most critical strategic accounts.
  • Owning and executing strategic plans to turn large accounts into long-term partnerships through executive engagement and alignment.
  • Driving business transformation by designing sales strategies tailored to customers' priorities and market opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing pursuit strategies, create compelling proposals, and build repeatable frameworks to close high-impact deals.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners and utilize industry expertise to identify growth opportunities and accelerate innovation.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) :

  • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales Leadership experience in software / SaaS / Cloud.
  • Proven track record of large strategic and transformational sales.
  • Understanding of the B2B marketplace and what successful GSIs need to disrupt, lead and drive new profitable business.
  • Strong sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation.
  • The ability to understand and communicate the business value and / or ROI of installed and proposed products and solutions.
  • What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong existing network with C-suite executives in client organizations with a track record in building C-suite relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen market sense and the ability to analyze trends and opportunities.
