We’re seeking an experienced Solutions Architect / Technical Lead to join our direct client's team. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining architecture, design, and technical guidance for large‑scale, cloud‑based data engineering initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement applications based on complex project requirements across multiple workstreams.
• Lead distributed systems design and implementation in cloud environments.
• Build and guide teams on data engineering best practices, Snowflake integrations, REST APIs, and Azure / Kubernetes deployments.
• Provide hands‑on leadership by reviewing code, debugging, and mentoring mid‑ and junior‑level developers.
• Drive architecture decisions and solutions for large‑scale projects, balancing hands‑on coding (35%) with strategic architectural leadership (65%).
