Location : Harleysville, PA Department : Manufacturing Reports To : CNC Supervisor Shift : 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 3 : 30 PM – 12 : 00 AM)

Position Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our 2nd shift team in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment . This role requires hands-on operation of Citizen and Swiss screw machines , as well as providing machinist-level technical support to ensure optimal performance, quality, and efficiency of production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Citizen and Swiss-type CNC screw machines
• Perform routine and complex machining tasks to produce precision components for medical devices.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on CNC equipment.
• Document production activities, machine settings, and quality checks accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Train and mentor junior machinists or operators as needed.
