- Collect and assess patient data, identify needs, and prioritize care under the supervision of a licensed RN.\n
- Collaborate in developing and revising patient care plans involving patient / family input.\n
- Deliver evidence-based treatments and care, ensuring patient rights are respected at all times.\n
- Document patient care accurately and timely, noting any changes or concerns.\n
- Engage in quality improvement processes and adapt care based on patient needs and staffing demands.\n
- Complete all clinical skills and competencies under the guidance of a licensed RN.\n
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n
- Education : Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program, BSN preferred.\n
- Experience : No previous experience required; however, applicants with more than 12 months experience are not eligible.\n\nIn Lieu Of\n
- A temporary Graduate Nurse license may be accepted upon receipt of diploma and NCLEX testing date. You will work under the supervision of a clinical preceptor until passing licensure.\n
- All new RN hires must have an ADN or BSN from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Dept. of Education or the State Board of Nursing.\n\nRequired Certifications, Registrations, Licenses\n
