LHH is assisting our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team in Mayfield Heights, OH. This position is a part time opportunity working 3 days a week (24 hours) and starting on a contract basis. There may be opportunity for increased hour or longer term need based on business needs. This role will be supporting check runs, auditing expense reports and helping with invoice processing. Our client is ready to interview and start before the end of the year!
Responsibilities
Execute check and ACH payment runs accurately and on time.
Review and approve expense reports in Concur; audit invoices for accuracy.
Handle invoice corrections, maintain records, and support day-to-day AP operations.
Qualifications :
At least two years of previous Accounts Payable experience required
Proficiency in Excel (formulas and formatting) and familiarity with financial software systems
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Part-Time : 24 hours over 3 days a week (Wed and Thurs required)
Pay Details : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
