Senior Estimator- Role Overview : We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of Estimating experience, with a proven track record of success in similar commercial construction projects.

Senior Estimator- Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough and accurate cost estimations for commercial projects, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project bids.
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to accurately assess project requirements and scope.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and material costs to inform accurate estimations and cost projections.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize project budgets and timelines.
Senior Estimator- Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of Estimating experience in commercial construction, preferably with exposure to ground-up projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard Estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Planswift).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
