We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to serve as a trusted business partner to designated corporate functional groups. This role will support leaders and employees by driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• HR Business Partnership : Act as a strategic advisor to corporate function leaders, providing guidance on talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Employee Relations : Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
• Talent Management & Development : Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees, succession planning, and driving professional development initiatives.
• Performance Management : Guide managers in setting performance expectations, coaching employees, and executing performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Compensation & Benefits Support : Partner with Total Rewards to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices within supported functions.
• Organizational Effectiveness : Lead change management efforts and initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, engagement, and overall business performance.
• HR Compliance & Policy Implementation : Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices while mitigating risk.
• HR Metrics & Reporting : Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, retention, and engagement.

Qualifications :

Compensation : The base pay for this position generally ranges between $120,000 - $150,000. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
