Chief Financial Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting

Develop and implement internal control frameworks and lead budget reviews

Support corporate initiatives and manage communications with board members and investors

Required Qualifications

Proven experience (3+) in a Finance Leadership role, preferably in a SaaS technology company

10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in early-stage startups

Experience managing audits for the company being audited

Proficiency in finance and accounting tools, including Quickbooks and NetSuite

Experience with data analytics and key performance indicator tracking
