• Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and project confidence (even when you don’t have all the answers).
• Reliable, professional, and possess a strong work-ethic .
• Paralegal experience - familiarity with Personal Injury legal proceedings is a plus
• Computer savvy + must be proficient in basic computer programs (MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn new software quickly.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or any CRM (or lead tracking system) is a plus.
• Able to work from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm

About the role :

As a Servicing Specialist you will work as part of a team to provide and deliver accurate and timely information to law firms, clients, and insurance companies as well as servicing the fundings of Cartiga.

What will you do :

In this role the primary responsibilities are to perform outreach on settled cases and troubleshoot issues that arise while maintaining positive relationships with the law firm personnel. Prepare correspondence, notices and payoff letters and communicate with law firms, clients, and insurance companies that result in timely collection of resolved cases.
