The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist. Ideal candidates will be able to work on-site, have basic accounting skills including reconciliations, invoicing, and data entry, and be flexible with tasks.
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and manage mail
- Process accounts payable
- Administrative tasks including filing and data entry
- Effectively communicate with inter-office staff
- Call vendors to ensure proper invoicing and handle discrepancies
- Support the controller with accounting tasks
